Jake has lost a bit of weight due to his cancer, we have managed to source some raw goats milk for him which we’re hoping will help him keep some weight on. Goat’s milk is a natural antihistamine and an inflammation suppressant.
Skye and I went on a walk to Calander park and to the union canal today. As you can see from the photos, it was a bit nippy. We are currently aiming for 8 miles 3 times a week.
Jake looks a bit odd in his warm coat, at least he’s not getting cold though.
We had a major wobble with Jake last night, he seemed a bit off at tea time and by 9pm was struggling to walk. After rushing him to the vet we were given the option of letting him stay the night and given supportive treatment or taking him home and giving drugs which would help… Read More »

Stewart and I woke up in the early hours of this morning after hearing a loud crash from downstairs. We went away to the black isle for the September weekend, this included a trip to the Water-mill in Blair Atholl and a walk along the beach at Fortrose.
I threw Skye’s toy lamb over my shoulder and wondered why she didn’t immediately bring it back.
